Mark has been involved in high levels of church involvement and leadership for more than 20 years and he carries a passion for people to know their purpose and calling and experience the joy of using their gifts and calling for God’s kingdom purposes. Mark gives leadership to our volunteer teams and is a regular host during our services. In addition, Mark is a part of our preaching team.

From his career in manufacturing and plant automation via computer programming, Cliff carries gifting in people & systems management. Cliff also carries a burden for intercession, street ministry and global mission.

Sylvia carries a deep heart for vulnerable women to experience the healing and freeing presence of Jesus through inner healing, restoration prayer and deliverance ministries. Sylvia leads our prayer teams and prayer rooms.

Tracey has a profound love for scripture and discipling women to follow Jesus in deeper ways. Along with a tenacious commitment to finishing all things well, Tracey is also gifted with planning and implementing complex and detailed ministry objectives. Tracey leads Practicing The Way, women’s ministry and community groups.

You’ll see Drew most often on the drum kit as a part of our worship team. He’s not just a musician, he carries a heart of worship and devotion to Jesus that gives him prophetic wisdom and insight. Drew is not a man of many words, but when he does speak everyone leans in to listen.

Danielle (Dani as we call her :) carries a huge heart for justice, the vulnerable, and the lost and forgotten. She is a skilled systems creator and team builder. On our staff she is the director of Operations and Outreach.

Brenda carries years of pastoral experience, a gifting for preaching, and the gift of discernment. Brenda also is a credentialed Spiritual Director who loves to meet with women one-on-one for spiritual direction and counsel. In addition to these things, Brenda leads our Inner Healing and Restoration prayer ministries.

Alex carries a deep love for Jesus, the next generations and walking with families in discipleship to Jesus.

Jess carries an ache for the presence of God and worship as a vehicle to experience and encounter his presence. Jess leads our worship ministries, and because she’s multitalented, she is also super administrative and is our bookkeeper as a part of our Finance Team.

Rochelle carries a heart for justice and for intergenerational ministry to women who have experienced trauma and wounding. In her professional career Rochelle was a Registered Social Worker who specialized in protection and kinship assessment. These days, she is the director of a ministry for women call Perch For Women.

Andrew is the Lead Pastor at Mountain Park. He carries a deep passion for the presence of God and a life of spiritual intimacy and authority.
